Frankenmuth Portrait Photographer
Every year we go to Bronners http://www.bronners.com/ with my husband’s family, to pick out a Christmas ornament from the worlds largest Christmas store, but up until I photographed this lovely couple I had never gone all the way into town. And now that I’ve been, I have to say, Frankenmuth is super cute! Driving through that day made me wish that I had more time to check it all out.
Oh, and you want to know what else I’ve never done in Frankenmuth? Eaten their chicken, http://www.zehnders.com/new-site/restaurant/index.htm which I have heard time and time again is amazing.
Hmm… I think that one day I am going to venture to Frankenmuth to walk around for the day, and to eat some of their famous chicken
I hope that your day is filled with sunshine, lollipops, happiness, and love!

Halloween Craft – Fenton Michigan Photographer
In the brief time between school, getting ready for the following day of school, dinner, and hip hop class the kids and I made a Halloween project.
We got out a big roll of craft paper, measured it to our window, and then cut 2 pieces off of the roll.
Then we drew 2 eyes on one paper, and a mouth on the other. Well, once we decided exactly what shape they were going to be. That of course took a few minutes
After the shapes were drawn, we cut them out, and taped the paper to our front window.
My kids thought the project was fun, and neat, but they didn’t really get the whole picture until we got home from hip hop, and they got to see our house from the outside. In the dark. And then they realized that it was awesome
Here are your jokes for yesterday, and today;

5 Things That Made Me Happy This Week – Michigan Photographer
5 Things That Made Me Happy This Week
1. Spending time with my niece and nephew. This week I picked up my sister’s oldest 2 kids from school for a playdate. They were so happy to see us, and we had a snack, and played for a while before my sister came to pick them up. While I wish that I had gotten to see all of my nieces and nephews this week, it was nice to spend time with the 2 that I did see. Being a good aunt, and watching my kids play with their cousins makes me happy
2. 1/2 days. This week my kids had a 1/2 day, and it was so nice to be able to spend some extra time with them. And of course they were excited to come home early too. 1/2 days often feel like a mini-vacation to my kids, and the extra time together makes me happy
3. My husband. This week my husband came home. He was back sooner than we expected, and he even joined me for a night out with friends without getting any sleep that day, or the night before, and spending the past 24 hrs. in his van driving home. The fact that he was home early, and that he made spending time with me a priority made me very happy
4. My mother and father-in-law. Saturday was a very busy day, filled with a one-on-one trip with my oldest son and his boy scouts troop, and a night out with friends, and I have my mother and father-in-law to thank for making it all possible. My little ones loved having a sleepover, and I loved that my in-laws were willing to watch our kids. My husband’s parents are wonderful, and they make me happy
5. A night out. As I said before, this weekend my husband and I went out with one of my wonderful, amazing, fabulously dear friends from high school. We went to her house early, and her and I got ready together. It was fun to do something that we used to do often, but hadn’t done in years. She blow dried her hair, we put on make-up… It took me back to her old bedroom, and made me feel 16 again. The funny thing was, just as I was getting ready to tell her that, she told me instead, LOL! Then we headed out, and had a great fun filled night. Afterwards we stayed the night with her and her husband, and went out for breakfast in the morning. Just like the old days. Spending time with a friend that I have had since I was 13 makes me happy
And since I owe you 3 jokes from this busy weekend, here they are;
1. What happens when a ghost gets lost in the fog?
2. What does a ghost put on top of his ice cream sundae?
3. Why did the skeleton cross the road?
Instead of a photo today, you get a YouTube video that made me giggle
1. He is mist!
2. Whipped scream!
3. To go to the body shop!
I hope that your weekend was filled with sunshine, lollipops, happiness, and love!
