A Phone Call Between My Daughter, and Her Daddy – Michigan Child Photographer

Her: Daddy, I want a baby sister.

Him: I want a dog.

Her: Okay, then we can have a sister, and a dog!

Him: No, just a dog.

Her: But I want a sister!

Him: No.  How about I bring you home a sucker instead?

Her: Okay, a sucker and a baby sister.

Him: No, just a sucker.

Her: How about a baby brother then?

Him: No, just a sucker.

Her: Sigh… Okay, just a sucker.

Her: Mommy, Daddy said that we couldn’t have a baby sister.

Me: He did?

Her: Yes, (whispering) so when the wishing star comes, I’m going to wish for a baby sister, and then we’ll get one and he won’t even know.  Then when Dad gets home we’ll say surprise!  But don’t tell Dad, okay?

Me: Okay, I won’t tell Daddy.

It’s a fact, I adore blond kids. 

Maybe it’s because none of my kids are blond, or maybe it’s because I secretly wish that I was a blond…  Either way, my heart smiles every time a blondie steps out of the car for me to photograph.

Now, give me a blondie that is dressed in the cutest outfit, and talks just as much as my kids, and I’ll be doing backflips on the inside

And a pretty smile is just icing on the cake.

Little Mr. M is another adorable little guy that I had the pleasure of photographing for www.crawlercovers.com

I was totally impressed when we stopped to get a bottle of water, and his mom asked him if he would like a cookie or an applesauce, and he chose applesauce! 

My kids are good eaters, but if given the choice between chocolate chip cookies and applesauce, and I think the cookie would win

Little Mr. F – Michigan Commercial Photographer

I met Little Mr. F’s mommy when we took a maternity yoga class together.  She was pregnant with her first baby, and I was pregnant with my 3rd.  We bonded quickly because we were both carring new life, and we were due within a few weeks of each other.  ( Well maybe it also had to due with the fact that I talked too much… )

Anyway, I have always adored Little Mr. F’s big blue eyes, and his super cute name suits him perfectly.  I can already picture the girls in high school giving him a wonderful nickname.  Although with this cute face, they probably would have given it to him anyway
