How To Be A Princess – Michigan Lifestyle Photographer

Today I have a another guest blogger for you, and she wants to teach you how to be a Princess.  A subject that she is quite knowledgeable on.

To be a princess you must follow these simple rules.

1. You must go to sleep, and gently snore.

2. You must wake up, and say, “I love you Momma.”

3. You must marry a boy.

4. You must kiss your Mom.

5. You must say ”I love you” to your brothers, and Dad.

6. You must eat breakfast.

7. You must go to school.

8. You must wear a princess dress.

9. Your dress must be pink, because it’s a girl dress.

10. You must brush your hair.

11. You must wear a princess crown.

12. You must put on your pink make-up.

13. You must sing pretty songs of love.

14. You must act nice, lovely, and friendly.

15. You must ride in a princess carriage.

16. You must never be crabby.

17. You must be nice to your neighbors.

18. You must have people help you do things.

19. You must wash your princess dress if it is dirty.

20. You must sleep on your princess bed, with a pillow while wearing your pajamas at night.

Little Miss L – Michigan Child Photographer

This summer I had the pleasure of meeting the gorgeous Little Miss L.  Not only is Little Miss L absolutely beautiful, but she is also very sweet.

Good thing Mom, and Dad have a few more years before boys come calling, because I predict that their phone will be ringing off the hook!

Tagged – Michigan Lifestyle Photographer

A while back I was tagged by 3 wonderful photographer friends to share 7 random bits of information that you may not know about me, so here they are!

1. My favorite color is white.

2. At night I sleep with 5 pillows.

3. When I walk my boys into school in the mornings I wear my pajamas.

4. I end most nights with a bowl of ice cream.

5. When I watch TV at night with my husband, I guess what’s going to happen next on the show, and I am usually right.  He finds my skills impressive :)

6. I have never changed a flat tire.

7. I have donated my hair twice to Locks of Love, and I am considering doing it again.

Here is a photo of my hubby, and me from the Fall.

Little Mr. I – Michigan Commercial Photographer

Little Mr. I was another one of the cuties that I had the pleasure of working with for A Mothers Crochet.  http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5674943  He got to model the adorable blue teddy bear hat for me.

Doesn’t he have beautiful blue eyes?!

Ms V. – Michigan Lifestyle Photographer

I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with a photographer friend while she was in town.  After chatting for a while, we decided to head outside to take a few photos.

But, due to the fact that we are in Michigan, and it’s winter…  It was starting to get dark, and as always, it was freezing cold!  Since cold air, and the wind makes my eyes water like crazy we decided to head across the parking lot to take pictures at the grocery store.  (Don’t worry, we bought something. :) )  Anyway, we had a blast, and the store manager was very nice!

Ms V braved her fear of cotton balls to get this shot.

My Canon decided that Ms V and I can be friends, even though she shoots Nikon.

Attention shoppers, there are a couple of crazy ladies in aisle 4!

I hope that everyone has a great week!

Little Miss G – Michigan Commercial Photographer

Little Miss G showed up to our shoot looking cute as can be!  Her Matilda Jane pants were darling, and her plaid coat was the perfect touch.

Little Miss G told me that she was going to Mexico, and that I couldn’t hide in her suitcase, but that I could hide in her sisters.  I was so excited!  Unfortunately she changed her mind at the last minute.  Oh well, I probably would have gotten clostraphobic in her little suitcase on such a long flight anyway… :)

Little Miss V – Michigan Commercial Photographer

Little Miss V was sweet as can be, and showed up to our shoot ready to model.

When I got my first glimpse of her, I couldn’t have been happier with her choice of clothes.  She was full of color, and was in mix and matchy layers.  I was so happy that I think I may have shed a small tear of joy when I saw her… ;)

I’m so glad we did these photos last week instead of this week.  We may have been cold, but at least it was above zero degrees…  For those of you heading outside today, don’t forget to bundle up!

Little Miss E – Michigan Commercial Photographer

Little Miss E showed up in an adorable plaid coat to model for me for A Mothers Crochet, and she was so sweet in her little pink bows :)

Little Miss E did her best to brave the cold, but you could tell it bothered her.  (To be honest, it bothered me too.)  So, we finished our shoot super fast, and I even got a few smiles before we headed back to the car!
